Matt Rink and Bland Hoke call their piece "a constantly evolving work that adapts to its current landscape." Since 2006 they have focused on creating a body of work utilizing 100 decommissioned lamp poles. All Creations is a design group focusing on resourceful and forward thinking approaches to creating large-scale artwork.
